    Today, I was afraid to ask the technician in my lab to help me with my samples. He is supposed to help the predocs with their experiments but he gets mad every time we ask him something. FMT

    Today, a labmate just ran a 1” thick, 8.5”x12” 1% gel for a 50uL PCR sample. There’s no more agarose for my samples. He’s also a postdoc. FMT
